Director of Derit, Jitendra is an accomplished executive with 18+ years of experience. Even coming from business background, he chose to start his career as professional so that he can learn and understand the ground rules of business. He completed his MBA from Indian School of Business Hyderabad (I.S.B.) in Marketing and Finance and worked extensively in the field of M&A, Investment, Turn around strategies and Restructuring.
Being a distressed assets specialist, he has turned around multiple assets such as Manufacturing plant in Vadodara and Solar plants in Patan Gujarat. His focus remains on efficiency improvement, cost reduction, professional management, compliances and revenue growth. His performance and dedication to details has fortified his association and partnership with some of the large global funds and companies in distressed asset sector.
Dhiman Roy:
Director of Derit, Dhiman is a seasoned dynamic general management professional with 27+ years of hands on experience in Global business leadership roles. Dhiman’s extensive technical knowledge from engineering, project management along with executive MBA from ISB makes him outstanding professional. In recent years with Derit, He was responsible for overall P&L.
Having such strong background in the filed of Power sector, he has been instrumental in bringing different kind of revenue stream to the company. Before Derit, he was holding managerial positions in Mexico Plant of Spanish MNC, Abengoa. Currently along with Derit management, he is advising many esteemed companies in India and abroad.

Raj Kumar Roy:
Mr. Raj Kumar Roy brings a wide ranging experience in technical & commercial operations, turn-around of stress businesses, strategy for new businesses green field projects development, financing & energy products pricing. An Engineering (Mechanical) graduate and an MBA (Finance) degree from SP Jain, he has over 30+ years of enrich experience (from management trainee to CXO & MD level) in ONGC, SBI Capital, Deloitte, Lanco Infratech .
Juan José Fernández Cotrino:
Juan Jose holds a degree in Tele-comunications Engineering from the University of Seville, Spain and has completed a PDD (Management Development Program) at Loyola University Andalusia and EOI University in Spain.
Juan José is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in which he has held different management positions that make him internationally recognised expert industry, customers and suppliers. He has managed large and very important successful projects in different markets for government clients (REE, CFE, ANEEL,…in Europe & Americas) as well as private clients in the electricity distribution and renewable energy sectors.
His responsibilities, competence and strategic perspective have been considerably expanded by managing businesses that involve different geographies with the objective of opening new markets and improving competitive advantages in them.
