Derit Infrastructure Private Limited is engaged in trading, investment, operation efficiency improvement, change management, restructuring to bring the business in growth trajectory. Derit also takes part in investment and co-investment in selected long term value adding assets and businesses in steel and power sector.

Derit owned and operated a tower manufacturing plant in Halol, Vadodara where ii used to design, engineer and manufacture finished galvanized towers for power transmission industry. Derit also entered into steel angle manufacturing for Wind, Solar and telecom industry. After successfully running that steel plant for many years, it exited from manufacturing business recently.

After the exit from manufacturing business, Derit is focussing on contractual revenue generation model such as engineering consulting, business consulting, power supply under long term power purchase agreement with utilities etc.
